Questions about shipping and processing your order:
What shipping methods do you offer?
In Germany, we always send all shipments via DHL Paket.
If you are only buying small accessories, your order will be sent as an express letter by Deutsche Post.
To all other European countries, we ship via International Post or DHL Paket International.
Is your order urgent? We are happy to offer you the fastest shipping method with our express shipping with DHL with guaranteed 1-day delivery.
The shipment can be tracked at any time and you will receive the shipment tracking from us immediately after your parcel has been sent.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship your order on the same day (Mon - Fri), at the latest on the next working day.
The delivery time in Germany is 1-3 working days .
To all other countries the delivery time takes 3-8 working days and depends heavily on the local postal company.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
We guarantee shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order from Monday to Friday.
Depending on the order situation, we are able to dispatch all orders received by 12:00 noon on the same day.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
We will send you a proper invoice with VAT attached to your shipping confirmation .
Are you ordering from abroad? We are registered in the European OSS system and will issue an invoice based on the country to which we are shipping your order.
You have not received the mail? Please also check your spam folder and write to us if you can't find it here either.
Questions regarding cancellation, exchange or return of your order:
How do I cancel my order?
- Simply send us an informal email including your order number to info@SoloPods.de
If your shipment has not yet been handed over to the parcel service, cancellation is possible in most cases.
How do I return my order?
To make use of your 1-month right of return, send us the goods well and securely packaged to:

Please make sure that we can tell from the package label that the package is coming from you. To be on the safe side, you are welcome to include a note with your order number in the package. Refunds are usually made within one week of receipt of the return.
- Note: We are not liable for any damage caused in transit. Therefore, send the goods sufficiently protected.
I would like to exchange my order.
We are happy to offer you the option of an exchange. However, our recommendation is the following:
- In order to get the right item quickly, we recommend sending the incorrectly ordered device back to us for a refund. You can then order the right item via our shop and receive it much faster than with a classic exchange.

What is the difference between the usage states?
Brand new:
- We take “brand new” devices directly from the packaging of original AirPods sets and repackage them. These devices have no signs of use.
As good as new:
- New AirPods and charging cases are refurbished used devices, some of which have undergone a complex cleaning and repair process. Here, sieves are deep cleaned, surfaces are polished and batteries are replaced. Due to previous use, some of the devices may show slight signs of wear.
strong signs of wear:
- Devices with heavy signs of use go through the same processes as new devices and are technically flawless. We prepare these devices just as elaborately, clean them and check the battery conditions. However, compared to new devices, these show significantly greater signs of wear (e.g. deep scratches, discoloration or dents).
How do I connect a replacement device to my set?
In order to pair a “foreign” AirPod with your existing set, a few steps are necessary. The setup itself is very simple and easy to understand and can be carried out by anyone without hesitation.
- To make things easier, we have written instructions that we include in paper form in the package with every order. This means that the new AirPod is paired with the rest of the set within approx. 20 minutes and can be used straight away.

The setup doesn't work as planned.
There are technical hurdles that can disrupt or prevent the setup and pairing between the new device you purchased and your existing set.
- First, we ask you to go through the instructions provided again step by step (either in paper form or here on the homepage).
If the pairing continues to fail, the cause may be a non-original AirPod set.
- Your existing AirPod set may not be original. Unfortunately, there are a lot of (and very good) replicas in circulation today that cannot be coupled with original individual parts. Do you suspect your AirPods are fake? We would be happy to help you here. Simply send us an email or a WhatsApp message and we will give you further information.
You can carry out the following simple check:
- There is a serial number engraved on the lid of your charging case. You can check this number for warranty status on this official Apple website: www.checkcoverage.apple.com/ch/de/
If the site tells you that the device has supposedly been replaced or the serial number cannot be found, this is proof of a non-original AirPod set.
The check showed that your set is original and you still can't get the AirPod paired? Please check the following:
- Open your charging case and take out both AirPods and wait until the LED on the front or inside the charging case goes out. Now put the AirPod you bought from us into the charging case. The LED should now light up (usually green or orange) and go off again after about 10 seconds.
If this is not the case and the AirPod still cannot be connected, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Please note that the instructions can only be used if your AirPod set is original from Apple. Our original replacement devices cannot be paired with replica AirPods.
